Hi,what is the largest capacity SSD supported by the enclosure? Do you make any enclosures which support M.2 8TB SSDs (or bigger)?
Dear, it can support the common 2TB NVMe M.2 SSD in the market. Theoretically, our M.2 enclosures can also support 8TB, but need to know the specification of the 8TB M.2 SSD, so we can check if the enclosure power is enough for the SSD. Thank you.
I received a MAIWO K3015SATA 5 Bay as a gift. My question is, if I copy a SSD with it, do I have to delete or delete the other one, do I have to reformat it, or do I have to do the same? or where can I download a user manual for it?
Dear, if you copy a SSD with it, you don’t need to delete or delete the other one. You don’t need to reformat it. Attachment is the user manual, pls check.Thank you.
The important note is:
1.Pls backup any important data of target SSD before cloning process
2.Target SSD capacity must be equal or larger than Source SSD
3.USB cable must be unplugged when clone in progress
4.Pls do not move SSD or disconnect power when clone in progress
5.Cloning time depends on the SSD size (not data size)
Why having 4 of KT058A cannot power off on Linux computers using Linux command: poweroff? The result is the same the Linux command: reboot. Same result on 2 different motherboards
Dear, how about using KT058A on Windows? Will there be the same problem? We will check if the problem is on KT058A or computer systems. Thank you.
